GECKO® Sound Solution for World Vision's 30-Hour Famine Sarawak DIY Camp

19 September, 2017: The 30-Hour Famine by World Vision is a global youth movement where participants fast for 30 hours to raise funds for those struggling against hunger and poverty every day. 30-Hour Famine participants will learn about the global issue affecting the poor, play interactive and educational games and find out how they are making an impact.

Held at the International College of Advanced Technology (iCATS) Sarawak Campus in Kuching, Sarawak on the 1st and 2nd of September, this year's 30-Hour Famine Sarawak DIY Camp event sound was entirely powered by GECKO® Borneo.

“It was 2 fruitful days filled with exciting programs. We had DJs from MYFM to participate along with participants in the morning and we have live performances from At Adau (a traditional music band from Kuching), 古箏 performance by上音音乐学院(Shangyin Music Centre), Dream Machine, magic shows, beatbox and more. The performers and participants enjoyed and benefitted from the messages and sound quality delivered.

With GECKO® C.R.I.S.T.A.L.® Audiophile technology, we were able to achieve equal-volume and balanced sound coverage throughout different spots in the hall with total clarity naturally and effortlessly!” says Morgan Woan, Senior Engineer of GECKO® Borneo.
